Features

The newest AI, set up for you and kept current every month. Here is what that includes and the limits we write for it.

Newest AI, kept current

Set up for you, then updated each month

New models and tools keep arriving. We try them and add the ones that fit your work. That includes new agents, voice tools, computer-use features, and newer models. Carlos checks in with you every month.

  • Setup done for you. Accounts connected and rules written. Tested before you rely on it.
  • Training, so you and your team know what the setup does and where its limits sit.
  • A monthly drop of new tech that applies to your business, added with your okay.
  • A monthly check-in on what worked and what to change.

The PR MODE system in four stages

Each PR MODE setup is built around your workflows and runs inside the same kind of written limits. You decide what it can see and what it may do, and the limits are written down.

01
Intake
A guided conversation about how you sell and the tools you use.Carlos replies by email.
  • Your tools and accounts
  • Samples of your voice
  • Topics that are off limits
02
Build
We set it up for you. We connect only the accounts you choose and write your limits into the instructions. You and your team get training before it touches live work.
  • Scoped account access
  • Limits written down
  • Training for your team
03
Run
Your agents work in the channels you named. A new lead or a finished call lands in your queue as work to review.
  • Reads what you allow
  • Prepares the work
04
Review
You approve, edit, or reject what a client will see. Each month we meet, review what worked, and add the newest tech that applies to you.
  • Approve or reject
  • Monthly check-in
  • Monthly drop
Clear limits

Anything that reaches a customer waits for you

Newer AI can do more, so we set the limits first. Client-facing messages wait in a queue. The agent shows its reply beside the message it answers. If nobody approves it, the message stays in the queue.

  • Edit the wording before you approve, or reject the reply and tell us why.
  • Each reply lists the facts it used, so you can check them quickly.
  • Automatic checks run before a reply reaches you.

Email, text, and voice,
one place to review

We connect these first. New voice tools and agents join later, under the same limits, after you okay them.

Email
Replies sit in the right Gmail thread. After you approve, the send is from your address.

Re: Quote for the kitchen remodel
Hi Dana, checking in on the quote I sent Friday. Happy to walk through any line item.
Text messages
Short replies in your voice wait in the queue for your approval. Consent and opt-outs stay your responsibility, and your agent follows the rules you set for both.

Can you come Tuesday instead?
Tuesday works. I can be there at 9:00 am. Does that suit you?
Voice
Call recordings and voicemails become transcripts and summaries, with a callback prepared for you. Voice agents that talk to customers directly stay off until you write the limits and say yes.

CRM sync

CRM notes and field changes, held for your review

After a call, text, or email thread, your agent prepares the note and proposes field changes such as stage, next step, and follow-up date. You review the changes before anything is written. We try to connect the CRM you already use. HubSpot-style CRMs with an open API are the ones we try first. We confirm yours during scoping.

  • Old and new values sit side by side, so a wrong guess is easy to spot.
  • Contacts, notes, and tasks come first.
  • If a CRM cannot be connected, your agent prepares the note and you paste it in.
Calendar

Scheduling that proposes, then waits

Your agent reads your Google Calendar for open time and puts real options in the reply. When the other person picks one, it prepares the invite and the confirmation. You approve both before they go out.

  • Busy blocks stay private. The reply shows only the times you offer.
  • Working hours and buffers come from your intake answers.
  • Reschedules and reminders follow the same approval path.
Content

Listing copy and posts you can check

Give your agent the property facts, samples of your voice, and the topic. It writes the first pass of the copy. For real estate, a language check runs first and flags phrases that describe people instead of the property.

Listing descriptionsSocial postsNewsletter notesReview repliesOpen house follow-ups
  • Each flag comes with a plain suggestion you can accept or ignore.
  • The check is a helper. Your judgment and any legal review stay with you, and it does not guarantee compliance.

Controls we write into each setup

These limits apply however new the tool is.

Human approval
Agents prepare. People send. Client-facing messages wait for someone on your team to approve them. If nobody reviews a message, it stays in the queue.

Fair Housing language checks
Realtor setups write about the property and the next step. A check scans for steering and for language about protected classes before you see the text. It catches some problems and misses others, so you still read what goes out.
Federal classes this check scans for. State and local law can add more.
RaceColorReligionSexDisabilityFamilial statusNational origin
Audit log
Each edit, approval, and rejection is recorded with a time and the name of the person who acted. When someone asks what went out and who okayed it, the record shows it.
Hard limits we write into each setup
Know the edges before you start.
  • Message a client without an approval.
  • Screen, steer, or target people by protected class, including classes added by state and local law.
  • Promise leads, sales, or any other result.
  • Give legal advice or take over your compliance duties. We do not guarantee compliance.
  • Reach into accounts you did not connect.
  • Invent property or customer facts. Gaps are flagged for you.
